Services

Products, infrastructure, automation, and security in one place.

We can take a project from business goals and UX/UI through development and deployment, add AI features such as chatbots and agents to your site or product, or focus on cloud, on-premises, CI/CD, operations, staffing, or audit readiness. Scroll down for each area, or tell us your goal and we will suggest a practical first step.

Tooling

Platforms and stacks we use with clients.

Not an exhaustive list. If your stack is different, we still align with your repos, standards, and cloud accounts.

Who we work with

We work with companies that need products built end to end, reliable cloud or on-premises operations, faster and safer releases, or extra engineers for a project. That includes new builds and cleanups on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or other platforms you use, plus on-premises environments where we manage servers, design Kubernetes clusters, run VMware (or similar) virtualization, and host sites and workloads in your data center. We also integrate AI into websites and products, for example customer chatbots, internal assistants, and agents that automate steps, which continues to be one of the most requested areas in 2026. When customers or regulators require formal security reviews, we help you get ready for frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, or PCI-DSS.

Products & applications

From discovery and design through build, deployment, and handoff.

We can run the full lifecycle of a product or application: understanding your business goals, shaping the user experience (UX) and interface (UI), planning milestones with clear project management, writing and reviewing code, and shipping to production.

You can engage us for the whole journey or for specific phases (for example design-only, a rebuild, or takeover of an existing codebase). We work closely with stakeholders so priorities, risks, and release dates stay visible. For deeper detail on stacks and deliverables for web apps, see our application development page as well.

  • Workshops and requirements: problems, users, success metrics, and constraints
  • UX and UI design, prototypes, and iteration with your team
  • Engineering: front end, back end, APIs, integrations, and automated tests
  • Release planning, deployment, and documentation so your team can operate what we ship

Cloud and infrastructure: networks, hybrid setups, and data center hosting

Cloud & infrastructure

Infrastructure on major clouds, hybrid setups, and your own data center.

We design and build environments on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or other providers you standardize on, including hybrid and multicloud when that is what you need. Infrastructure is defined as code (for example Terraform, Pulumi, or similar) so changes are reviewed, versioned, and repeatable.

We handle networking, identity and access, connectivity to offices or legacy sites, and cost visibility. The same practices apply whether workloads run in a public region, a private cloud, or equipment you already own.

  • Networking, identity, connectivity, and security baselines across the providers you use
  • Servers and virtualization stacks (including VMware and similar platforms), clustering, and hosting for websites and internal apps on premises when you keep workloads in-house
  • Databases, storage, compute sizing, backups, and operational guardrails for teams
  • Reliability reviews and cost controls with concrete recommendations

AI integration

Chatbots, agents, and AI features inside your product and website.

Teams are expected to add helpful AI without breaking trust or leaking data. We integrate large language models into websites and apps: customer-facing chatbots, guided flows, internal copilots, and agent-style automations that call your APIs and tools.

Common requests in 2026 include support chat that pulls from your knowledge base, agents that draft or classify work, search over private documents (RAG), and safe handling of prompts, access control, and cost. We connect to providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Amazon Bedrock, or models you already license, and ship with logging, evaluation, and guardrails so you can monitor quality in production.

  • Website and app chatbots wired to your content, tickets, or product catalog
  • Agents and workflows: multi-step tasks, tool use, and handoff to humans when needed
  • Private data and RAG: embeddings, retrieval, and permissions that match your security model
  • Production concerns: latency, rate limits, spend caps, redaction, and audit-friendly logs
AI integration: chatbots, agents, RAG, and production guardrails
DevOps, CI/CD: pipelines, environments, and observability

DevOps, CI/CD & automation

Automated builds, tests, and deployments

We connect your source code to automated pipelines so builds, tests, and deployments run on every change. We use the tools you already pay for when possible, for example GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Argo CD, or Flux.

Pipelines can run security scans, enforce approvals, and deploy to staging before production. We set up logging and metrics so when something fails, you can see what broke and roll back if needed. Alerts go to the right people so on-call is not flooded with noise.

  • CI/CD pipeline design, environments, secrets, and promotion between stages
  • Infrastructure as code in pull requests with plans and policy checks where useful
  • Metrics and logs (for example Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
  • Incident steps: runbooks, practice drills, and short reviews after outages

Managed services & SRE

Monitoring, maintenance, and on-call support

We can watch your production systems, apply agreed patching windows, check that backups work, and join your on-call rotation or handle first response, depending on what you need.

We agree up front which systems we operate, which ones you operate, and how we escalate. Reporting covers uptime, incidents, and a short list of recommended next fixes.

  • Health checks and alerts tuned to reduce false alarms
  • Patching, image updates, certificates, and dependency risk notes
  • Backup jobs and occasional restore tests; disaster recovery notes
  • Regular review meetings: what broke, what we changed, what to do next
Managed services cycle: monitoring, maintenance, backups, incidents, and reporting
Team augmentation: engineers embedded with your workflows and tools

Team augmentation & delivery

Extra engineers on your team

When you need more capacity, we place experienced engineers inside your team: cloud, platform, software development, and related roles. They use your tools, attend your meetings, and follow your standards.

You can hire us for a fixed project (for example a migration or a platform build) or for ongoing months. When the work winds down, we document and hand off so you are not stuck depending on us.

  • Staff augmentation with a clear end date and handover
  • Project delivery with regular demos and agreed milestones
  • Knowledge sharing with your internal team
  • Short technical spikes or help choosing vendors and tools

Compliance & security programs

Get ready for security audits and customer questionnaires

Many customers ask how you protect data and who can access systems. We help you align your product and cloud setup with common security frameworks so you can answer those questions and work with auditors.

Common requests we see: SOC 2 (often Type II for B2B SaaS), ISO 27001, HIPAA for health data, GDPR for EU personal data, and PCI-DSS when payment card data is in scope. We help map controls to your real infrastructure and processes, collect evidence, and close gaps. We do not issue certificates; your auditor or customer process does.

  • SOC 2: policies, controls, and evidence tied to your cloud accounts
  • ISO 27001: scope, risk treatment, and ongoing evidence
  • HIPAA: boundaries for health data, encryption, access, and logging
  • GDPR: records of processing, retention, and data subject requests
  • PCI-DSS: scope reduction, network separation, and required controls
Compliance and security audits: SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS readiness

How we work

Three typical phases

Most work follows plan, then build, then run. The details change per client, but you always get a clear scope and deliverables before we start.

Discovery & plan

We learn your goals and current setup, then give you a written plan with ordered steps and what each step delivers.

Build & migrate

We implement using infrastructure as code and pipelines, and leave documentation so your team can run it.

Operate & improve

We support production, handle agreed maintenance, and keep a small backlog of improvements based on metrics and incidents.

Applications and AI

We also build customer-facing applications and AI features. Those pages describe stacks, typical deliverables, and how to start.
